I believe most of your proposed rules are already in place. Example: There is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I don't think a waiting period is beneficial to anyone, especially to a new IBO. I see no benefit in discloures of litigations that have gone before or since. Virtually all corporations doing in excess of a billion dollars have some one trying to cash in on their finances.
