DO NOT ADD ANY NEW PROCESSES TO OUR BUSINESS MODEL. I believe there may need to be some level of protection for the public from illegal business ventures, but to put the proposed hurdles on legitimate businesses like Quixtar is over board. I have never taken a job that had to show me the companies financials or the last ten years of law suits. Heck if you made WAL-MART comply with the lawsuit requirement they would go bankrupt by the cost of the paper alone! The public needs to bear a good bit of their own responsibility of checking out a business venture. All of the good ones take people through a process the make a certain as possible it is a good fit for the new person. I urge you to make certain that the old regulations and requirements are not doing the job before putting in new ones. Namely that the people "being taken advantage of" were done so by people who may not have even followed the current legal processes. Thank you for your consideration.
