i am involved in 3 buisnesses of the type that is mentioned. I personally do not believe that this type of action would benifite me in any way. In fact, i believe if passed would hinder my buisnesses which are legitimate. PLEASE DO NOT PASS AS IS !!!!! I do believe that fraud should be delt with; but not at our expence.
