We've been an IBO for 6 years. We've have hit 7500+ pv several times, with a check for $1,800/monthly. We have made $500 a month every month since our 7th month in the business, even when not being active. We are building a strong team for 2007 as this is the year my wife will retire at 51 years old as an R.N. to work our home based business full-time. Our business powered by Quixtar has allowed us to payoff all our charge card debt, we now only owe a small amount on our cadillac and our home. My wife and I were not married when we saw this opportunity due to lack of money and the tax laws not benefiting married couples even though we wanted to be married. We are now married and have learn through our business support team some financial common sense and have read books on developing a better marriage. This opportunity has totally changed our lives for the better. When we saw the business opportunity, our sponsor brought us to an introductory meeting. The presenter was up front and said this not a get rich plan, it takes work and it's a 2 to 5 year plan to get to the level he showed, the silver level. They were up front that registration was the lowest level of committment, that the monthly workshop for $15 was where you would learn. They talked about the education system that was separate and optional. All the cost were laid out and we were able to make an informed decision. Our team operates the same way. You don't make any money just registering people, you have to help them set goals, learn and help them reach their goals with the team. When we show the business opportunity we are looking for people who are looking to make money and we tell them at the first meeting that this isn't a get rich scam, that you will have to do some hard work to reach what ever they're goal is and we will help them. We tell them that its approx. $70 to register and exclusive product packs are available or you can start redirecting your buying now. We help them purchase on-line what they are already using. We talk about the optional educational system and what it cost and when the workshops are and how much the education CDs and books cost. We print the business info and tool agreement for them. We explain that we are not looking for an emotional decision to be on the team, we are looking for people who are serious about changing there financial situation, this is a business and their business. We usually meet with prospect several times before to go over all the informationn and usually suggest they go to a workshop before making a decision. The workshop fee ($15) is refundable. Our prospects don't need a waiting period, they are getting the info up front and we don't have people ask for their money back because they know up front what this is all about. A list of references is not necessary because we prefer they meet the local team and who ever is in their line of sponsorship. These are the people who will be helping them. We don't say how much money we make, they can tell by the level you are at and we show the 9-4-2 plan that is recommended. Most people are looking for $500 more a month and we set a plan to get that for them. We have team meetings at an IBOs home to set goals, learn about products and help each other with whatever it is that's holding them back from reaching their goals. We also have get togethers to just have fun and get to know each other better. We have a great team and lives are being changed for the better, marriages are being saved and friendships are developed. The money isn't everything, but it sure does help keep up with inflation.
