For, Business Opportunity Rule, Matter No. R511993: I'll begin when heard about you guys and the changes in the laws that will effect the type of Biz I own, thinking that was a good thing. B/C of all of the many flase MLM Biz, out there that do only harm to the industry I've been involued in my Biz since 1993 and since I suffred from a stroke in 2001 - looking back on that decsion to get in it, in my MLM BIZ. I cudn't have made a better decsion 4 myself! B/C now it's the ONLY way and means i have to get off disability income - which is my dream & goal! Is by owning a home based MLM Biz, using the iTeam Biz system, powered by Quixtar.com Therefore i personal think the first Proposed Rule is a very GOOD thing - i do give all of my procepts and customers ANY information, they may ask for and about. My Biz assocites have ALWAYS taught me to be completely honest w/ ALL of my potential customers and others that are thinking & considering doing wat i do. And i still do that - every time, I speak to someone about my MLM Biz. I tell them, the customers MOST of the products that are avaiable on the Quixtar web site come w/ a 100% satitfaction gurantee and if they do have any trouble w/ a product, to plz feel free to conact me or the site, and i will do my up-most to help reslove ANY problem they may have. Simply, b/c i know, and been taught by my Biz associates if i have one un-satisfied customer, they can tell their friends & family - which is the MOST powerful type of bad advertisement - word of mouth, 4 my Biz and i very simply CANNOT afford it. So therefore, i do my best to help all of my customers and to insure they're happy w/ the products and services they're purchsing. B/C it's my Biz and my good name w/ them that is the MOST important thing 4 me to have & the biggest reason(s) they're my customers. Now, w/ the customer that i have in my Biz, if they wud like to do wat i am doing to make extra time & money 4 themselves The 1st thing i will tell them - it takes hard work! And my Biz is NOT get rich quick, home based Biz scheme. Yet it's satisfying to help friends & family members to make more time & money - but there is NO gurantee of that - i'll offer my help, but CANNOT gurantee the Biz will work 4 them. But suggest to them, go home and think about it, and carefully reasearch it and EVEN provide them w/ information that the company, Quixtar tells us, we have to give them - the SA4400, that clearily says wat the average Biz owner makes per month. I've personal benifited from MANY customers that once they reseached it, to their heart's content - an explosion in the size of the people they are willing to speak to 'bout the Biz opportunity. So therefore, i see it harming me, and them making them wait 7 days, before they can start, w/ my help, to building their dreams & goals in their own home based Biz. Also, this Proposed Rule to require that i voliate my other customers & Biz Owners privacy and to tell them wat they're income and expiernce have been in the Biz - is jus NOT right! Simply b/c I compare it to when i went to collge not everyone did well in it, or was successful. But I know it's NOT 4 everyone and it doesn't make going to college a bad thing. Nope, but it does make my type of Biz look bad when someone fails in it, yet most people cannot seem to compare and contrast their college experinces and my type of Biz and the VERY low cost of becoming an Independant Biz Onwer and the major expense of attending college. So therefore, plz i'll request DO NOT impelment all of the rule changes. I do LIKE the idea that the FTC is wanting to help clean-up the MLM Biz Industry, but i do believe and think NOT all of the Proposed Rules, will be good to in-act. 4 example i wud NEVER go into a regular Biz & request they give me the names of their customers - b/c they wud simply understand that wud violate their privacy, nor wud i ask them to tell me how much income
