Sir/Madam, My wife and I have had a terrific experience with Quixtar corporation. We got started a few years ago in California and have found success constantly after putting in hard work. Quixtar has excellent customer service policy and they offer money back guarantee on all the products. There have been times when some customers and other IBO's have returned empty bottles and still got 100% money back. When my wife and I saw the business plan, we signed up immediately knowing there was a 6 month money back guarantee on everything, even the registration. Quixtar corporation always tells us to follow all rules and regulations of the business. Our goal is to help thousands of people achieve their goals and dreams through this business. Because of this business, my wife has the choice to stay home and raise our kids and we want to give that choice to thousands of mothers in this country. All the prospects understand that this is not a get rich scheme and it will take a lot of hard work to get successful in this business. We always tell them that there are no guarantees in this business but you have the choice to make your own decision and give them all the facts as far as numbers are concerned including the income for average IBO's and all relevant information. On top of that I always tell them they 6 months to get 100% money back., so they have nothing to lose as far their money os concerned. Very typically it will cost a prospect about $150 approx to get signed up and they can get 100% of the money back if they chose to within 6 months. The new rule proposed by the FTC will limit the growth of all IBO's and make things very difficult for all of us. If we provide a list of local IBO's to the new propects, that can prove to be very misleading to the prospects, for one you will have the give the information of people to new prospects who do not know them. Secondly, the current IBO might not have full understanding of the business and might misinform the prospective IBO. Thirdly, we will end up doing more work and get less results by following all these guidelines. Right now the business works as such that anybody who choses to can get started immidiately and can decide out of their own free will to deregister ang get 100% money back. Also when propects come to our house or the local meeting, they get a chance to meet all the other IBO's in the local area who do not mind sharing their success at the meeting. Sharing that information outside the meeting for individual prospects would take a lot of time and will end being very unproductive both for IBO's and the prospect. We treat all prospects with respect and show them how they can benefit from this business if they choose to build it. Financially when a propect asks me how much money I am making in this business, I tell them the ball park area what I made in the last 3 months. Most of the times they ask approximately how much do you make and have you helped anybody else make money. I answer to the most accurate answer. Most of the time the prospect needs to believe that if somebody has done it, they can do it. PLease I urge you not to pass the law to give prospects 7 days to decide to sign after seeing the business plan. People can never get cheated in the registration because a 6 month money back guarantee is there and the quixtar corporation stands behind that so the prospects are completely safe as far as this is concerned. It will help all the IBO's to continue with our business with the current laws and will enable us to build our business with honesty, integrity and strong values. I hope you will take this into consideration. Nuruddin and Salima Manji
