Proposed business opportunity is great when you are working with the right companies, who will furnish the right material infomation needed to get the job done. If a company don't want to furnish the right stuff, then you should move on. Business is business and you go into it to make a living, if you start a business by fraud not knowing it, then I think you are in for the headach of your life as well as loosing your whole life savings. So I suggest you should have your head on at all times. like they say think with your head on at all times. The business I'm into now could not be more greater.
