I have concerns regarding Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I believe in it's present form, it could limit me from successfully operating my business as an Independant Consultant of Tastefully Simple products. I understand your mission is to protect the public from unfair and deceptive practices but, some of the sections in the proposed rule will make it difficult to sell Tastefully Simple products and help others to start a business of their own. The 7 day waiting period for new consultants is confusing and would require me to keep detailed records when I first talk to someone about Tastefully Simple. I don't see how this would help protect the public. Thank you for your time.
