As an indepedent business owner, My business has given me a chance to pursue a legacy for my family and establish a start toward financial independence by redirecting consumer buying power into my own web-based retail business. I think the rule should create a level playing field and provide for a reasonable cancellation period. The rule should not require a seven day waiting period before a prospect could register, should not require IBO references regarding disclosure of past litigation, and should not require that IBO financial documents be disclosed to prospects.
