What would someone starting out have to disclose. "Hey everyone, I just started my business and I haven’t made anything!" A new car dealership just opened across the street from me. What if my car died and I needed another car. I’d have to wait 7 days, get a financial statement from the dealer, but only after I get reference from 10 other competitors of the dealership, was provided a list of law suits and they told me how much they were making on the deal. If you wouldn’t require them to do that why would you require us?
