Hello I have an IBO for around 2 yrs now. I have reached the of 25% in April of 06. My next goal is to replace my income through the Quixtar business opportunity with in the next year coming. Quixtar fits perfectly into my lifestyle, and there is a whole lot of other benefits other than the income. For instance there is friendships that i have developed that are priceless. I have assoicated with an organization that have taught me some principles that i've appiled in my life and has changed my way of life for the better in every single part of my life. When i registered i had plenty of info. to make an informed decision to get started. At this point when i sponsor others i provide them with the same, plus more info that has became available for them to make their decsion. All my prospects understand that the Q* biz. opp. is not a get rich quick plan through the 2-5 year plan. And in addition i'll explain that hard work is required and there is no guaratees of success by showing them the work ethic its going to take. I'll let them borrow Cd's that give testomonies on how long it took some IBO's to reach certain levels. When I sponsor a new person, it costs about $120.00 and all money is refunded except what they pay for their shipping if they decied to leave the biz. One way the biz will be affected if propects had to wait seven days before registering, is that it will slow the process of the growth in the biz for the new IBO. I really don't see any benefits in someone waiting for the registering. Yes this will impose some burdens as far of profitability in my biz, because in one week about we can sponsor up to 20 IBO's in one week. This works the same for new IBO's. When an IBO gets registered i hand them info. on Q* by giving them a literature pack info with 4 cds avail thourgh our organization that expalins everything in detail about the biz. If they decide its not for them I offer to call with them to Q* to get their money back. The seven day waiting period, i think would not affect the knowledge of Q* opp. They way the list of local IBOs to contact for my prospect would affect me is that they will have a hard time contacting some other IBOs because we are busy building the biz, probalbly some of them would have quit the biz., some other IBOs would not know how to answer some of thier questions, this will take too much time. No their is no risk of my prospect to register with one of the references becuase we have such intergarity, and no its not fair if they register with some else.Yes this will violate my privacy and i don't feel comfortable letting other IBOs giving out my personal info. Yes my prospects usually meet other IBOs in a group before the register. The way this works is that they attened a weekly meeting provided by BWW and ask the soon new to be IBO to go around and ask questions to other IBOs. In addition we have a guest speaker that does training and shares their experiences. The question about the Litigation list, i don't understand it. The explanation about the income potential of Q* biz i share is with the flip chart showing the 6-4-2. I don't believe any addtional detail is required. The way it will affect my biz. will be a very lenthly presentation and people are pressed for time. The type of info that i provide for my propects is none, i just them know what level i have attained. Yes i do explain how the Q* biz. has made on my lifestyle. I would consider this inappropriate for the FTC required to offer propects the financial records, becuase some IBOs will not be making as much money as other IBOs and this will cause a bit of disbelief for new IBOs.
