Dear FTC, Unfortunately I don't have much time to get into all the details that I would like to cover (I'm sure that others are already getting into specifics), because I have been extremely busy out there building by Quixtar Business and it is going extremely well. I do just want to put my comment in, and that is to please please please reconsider the guidelines of these new proposed rules, it would absolutely put an end to sponsoring in general, to have to wait 7 days would substantially slow down growth and prosperity of our business plan. I'm sure that the FTC will re-evaluate their parameters and do just enough to stop the illegal scams out there, but not enough to actually step over the boundries of decreasing the value of our business opportunity that we originally got involved in and committed to. I have committed almost 2 years into my Quixtar Business and this would almost shatter my efforts. Sincerely, Saum Sharifi
