Comments:I have been with the Quixtar organization since May, 1999. I have found that Quixtar is in a tough position: the IBOs - good and bad - are what people think Quixtar is. Therefore, if an IBO is bad, people think Quixtar is bad; same if an IBO is a good person. Since this is true, creating all these extra rules really changes nothing - because Quixtar (the organization) does not go out and meet the prospect. IBOs go out and meet prospects; and you can never force an IBO to follow these extra rules if they are very difficult to implement. So, whatever you do, have the extra rules make sense and be statutes that are easily followed. That way you get the maximum buy-in from all IBOs affiliated with Quixtar.
