a) Anyone interested in joining my team would first have to receive a packet of info from me, but could not join for 7 days, How would this impact the enthusiasm of my team? Not good!! b) Info must include the names of everyone who got out of the company during the prev 2 years? Not sure how this would impact the companys credibility?
