I have been involved with Quixtar since 9/1/99. I have owned several traditional businessis and 7 rentals homes. I am full time in the Quixtar business now. This corporation has fulfilled the American dream of business ownership for my family, and is based on the principles our founding fathers set as standards. Income is produced only thru hard work and determination. I was made fully aware of the percentage of people that produce certain incomes before I chose Quixtar as a way to provide for my family. Other benefits beside income include the rare opportunity to be fullfilled and make a positive difference in helping other's succeed. A concept foreign in the traditional realm of business. The Quixtar business plan works extremely well because it benefits you to interview and select only determined and teachable people who want to work hard. I invested tens of thousands of dollars to own traditional businesses; however, an investment of under $150 gave me an ecommerce business that has no boundaries. Also, within the first couple of months the investment was guaranteed to me and I could get all of my money back. I feel a 7 day waiting period should NOT be in effect for opportunities like Quixtar where you can get your money back if not satisfied. The success of a Quixtar business is built on a person's ability to relate to others. Success comes from training yourself on how to look for greatness in others. A trait seriously lacking in traditional business today. If a person had to provide a list of other IBO's, their is the potential danger of people reaping where they have sown not, or simply put - stealing other people's efforts away from them. Their should be no requirement to provide references. Besides, Quixtar IBO's are the ones who are interviewing potential prospects to mentor and train. Prospects should have to provide us a list of reference; however, I believe that is considered discrimination in an industry based solely on effort. People should have to do some work to find credible information about any business. If it is a requirement to disclose all legal CLAIMS (true and false) to every prospect it would open up all kinds of false accusations. Which in turn would give potential business owners of fulfilling the American dream a false impression of a great opportunity. Eliminate the requirement to disclose LIES. If disclosures are needed, a simple one page disclosure can be given to ALL potential business owners. I believe God created man and woman to have a discerning spirit. I personally have been mistreated in other business ventures. However, that experience has been priceless, and I can mentor and train my children out of my own experience. The Quixtar opportunity is the best kept secret of how to create wealth in the world. Please consider the long term effects of this proposed rule. God Bless America, Shannon Haskett
