Comments:Myself and my wife have been IBO's of Quixtar.com for over 7+ years and because of this opportunity we have achieved our goal of having my wife work from home so that she could raise our daughter from home and put our values in to her. When we registered for the IBO plan we had enough information from the introducing IBO. When we sponsor new people, we provide them the same information so that thye can make informed decision just like us. In fact when we show the PLAN we tell them this is not a quick rich scheme its a 2-5 year plan and since its a business you will be successful only if you put an effort. Mostly the prospect spend aroud 150/- for rergistration and if they decide to leave/resign, they get full refund. If our prospect have to wait to register for 7 days or more, most likely they would loose focus and not register. Since the information has been give, I don't see any value in making the prospect wait as we have given all the informtion they need . Tipically people get excited when they see the plan and want to start the business, if they have to wait 7 days, they would loose focus, and the opportunity to make extra income without any reason. If we provide a list of people who did quixtar in there area, it would not do justics as quixyar is an oppotunity that anyone can do it, willl everyone do it, NO, but can everyone do it, YES. If we provide the listm they might register with someone else they know better which would not be FAIR to the IBO who did hte work,and also it would be a privacy issue to give inofmraton about IBO to neew people. We organize meetingn for new prospect to meet IBOs and they can meet them personally on weekly basis and ask questions. We are very effective and open to that. Like when we go started we went toa meeting and personlly met a lot of IBO's and asked questions after the meeting. Understood the plan and got started. Litigation list will serve as a BIG -ve for the business, I would not have gotten started as -ve affect more than +ve. I would have lost this wonderful opportunity if we ahd litigations listed. All companies have litigations, if the case has no merit why bother and pass -e to new Prospetcs Specific earnings disclosures We already show FTC SA400 document number to prospect which is sufficent for them to make a decison for their future. Personal financial informaiton should bot berequired, its privacy / personal issue. Ave incomes which we already shown is a great standard. Not require to give more than that information.
