Attn: Commission Members I am writing to voice my concern with the Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I feel that this legislation will seriously impede my ability to do business. I am an Independent Distributor for XanGO and have just gotten my business off the ground. As my XanGO business allows me the flexibility to attend to my family while running the business at my discretion, I feel that this rule may put me out of business. Originally I got involved with XanGO because the product was a benefit to me and my family. My customers are getting results with the product as well. The business opportunity allows all those who consume the product to enjoy a great business by sharing a product they love with others. The business plan and company is focused on helping people who want a legitimate home business to be successful while providing a product that is of true benefit to the public. Please consider the legitimate businesses out there who are providing great opportunities for hard working people; like XanGO, when you examine this ruling. Your intention may be to protect people from fraud, but you may also put many legitimate businesses- OUT OF BUSINESS- in the process. There must be other ways you can get at the scammers without the waiting period or the list of prior purchasers as outlined in the rule. As an honest business person, I already provide my customers with testimonies; and XanGO already has a money back guarantee for any reason a person wishes to cancel in the first month.
