I've been a Quixtar IBO for several years, and cannot even begin to completely express my admiration for the company as a whole, with extemely high morals and ethics. More businesses should emulate the way in which this company is run. Because of my business, my credit card bills are almost completely paid off (and these were extensive, due to my ex-husband having lived on cash advances for several months before our divorce was final.) Being a single working mother, this business has been the only thing available to fit into the time I that had to do anything. My next goal is to be able to take my daughter on a nice vacation, because she has been denied so much for lack of money. My sponsors & all of the people I've met in this business are just top notch, honest & caring. The training I've received has been such that would benefit anyone, in all areas, not just business. It improves one's overall attitude & incentives, and brings one to a higher level. From the very beginning, when I first started, I was clearly shown that it was not a "get rich quick" scheme, that I'd have to put forth effort, and my results & the money I'd be making would be in direct proportion to my efforts. I was given training and support, which continues to this day. I had a clear idea from day one exactly what it would take and what to do. The very basis of the business rests upon duplication. Duplication of time & effort, and duplication of technique, so that even the newest person can succeed if they do as their sponsor does. So when I sponsor new people, I do just as I was taught, providing my prospects with as much information as possible, so that they progress as quickly as they are ready. The cost to register is minimal for a business (depending upon which package they choose, an average of only $125, $50 worth of which is product, which is fully refundable). I have never had a new IBO return the initial products, even if they didn't pursue building the business, they love the products, and continue to buy them. (The return policy of Quixtar is 100%, no questions asked, with even the return postage included. It doesn't get any better than that!) It has been my experience that the people that have the best likelihood of success start immediately, so I think the business would be needlessly hampered if made to wait seven days before registering. And, in turn, their business would suffer if they had to wait seven days for each of their prospects to register. I also don't agree with the idea of providing a list of other IBO's to prospects, because before they sign up, they can go with anyone, and it is only fair that the person that met them first should be rewarded for the introduction to the concept. I also think that it is an invasion of my privacy to have my personal information passed on to other IBOs prospects. My prospective new IBO's almost always meet several people already in the business personally before they join, as well as attend informational meetings. With the same token, I object to offering anyone my personal financial information. It is a company rule to provide all people that see the sales & marketing plan with an SA-4400 form, which outlines the business completely with potential income projections, as well as the actual average monthly gross income of US. IBOs. As for a "litigation list", anyone can find any such information that they desire on the internet, so if this is what they desire to know, they can easily look it up on line. Overall, the Quixtar business has been nothing but a positive experience for me & my family. I've increased my income, met lifelong friends & mentors, listened to countless inspirational speakers at low cost (Nightingale/Conant, etc.),have access to the highest quality products, gained the confidence to meet & actually help other people (both financially & emotionally). Thank you for your attention to my comments. Carol Rose
