To whom it concerns: I, Mr. and Mrs. Creley Horton (IBO #4459643...Quixtar Business owners) have been with the company for about 9 months, and consider this business a great relationship with other people. It has improved our lifestyle in many ways. In regard to your proposals of sponsoring new IBO's, we have read and understood all of your ideas. This business improves people's lives as far as finances and friendships. We are against your proposals, such as the seven day waiting period to sponsor new people. This would cost us money and time because some people are looking to get started quickly. Your proposals, we believe would invade our privacy as IBO's in our free enterprise system. Our privacy is to be respected. We do provide all information and rules, required by Quixtar. We also tell our new prospects how much money that can be made in their business and how much it takes to be registered. No one has the right to obtain my financial records or those of my sponsored IBO's, so we vote no on all proposals. Thank you for allowing us to voice our responses. Sincerely, Mr. and Mrs. Creley C.
