To Whom It May Concern: As a businessman in direct sales and network marketing, I must appose 16CFR Part4370. If it is passed ,it would have a severe damaging and negative affect on my business. The 7-day disclosure document would all but squash the weekly meetings, conference calls, and 3-way calls, to mention a few. There are privacy violations (safety issues) that this rule would require. The sharing of ones downlines personal contact information, my company's"refund" percentage, trivial lawsuits ,and even the sharing of my personal contact information would be dangerous and irresponsible. I'll admit there are many business opportunity scams online and offline, so the agency is correct in trying to protect consumers from getting taken. However, I truly believe the proposed rule is counter-productive and unAmerican. For what its worth, please find a way to protect the consumer, without penalizing and jeopardizing good honest taxpaying businesses, Thanks. Rich Broadwater
