Ladies & Gentlemen: The proposed new rule out (16 CFR Part 4370), if passed, would have a severe negative impact the network marketing industry. In addition, you might cause the United States to lose revenue because the companies, which you will be compromising, would be forced to move outside of our borders. The new rule, which is under consideration, would be a detriment to all people who simply want to help others and to pursue the American Dream--to own a business and better ourselves and our families. Please do not pass the proposed new rule (16 CFR Part 4370) because it could cause a tremendous lose of revenue for the United States of America. Sincerely, J.
