To Whom It May Concern, I just wanted you to consider the damage you will do to thousands of families across this country if you continue with your actions on this issue. I beleive there should be some regulations on Internet commerce but the details that this rule will impose on the individual distributor of a network marketing/mlm business are extreme. To have to provide personal information about myself and my distributors violates are rights to privacy. I understand that a Company should have to provide financial data, number of lawsuits, results of these suits and should not be able to make any unsubstantiated financial claims about participating in their business. But, the company can do that by providing a link for any prospective recruits to click on if they so desire. But, to impose these rules on each individual distributor will put us all out of business. My family depends on the income that we receive from this type of business and the Company that I work with Nutronix is very open and above board. I have suffered some fraud in the past from this type of business opportunity but, this company has proven time and again they are legitimate and truthful. Why punish all companies for the indiscrections of a few, this makes no sense and goes against the principles that we are living in a free country. How about just punishing those that take advantage of people and not all. We work hard in these businesses and spend considerable time and money to establish a solid income and to have you destroy it with some B.S. Rule will really piss me off. I served my country for 9 years as a US Marine and currently serve the community I live in as a civil servant for the last 16 years and I deserve to be treated better than this regulation will treat me. I am sure there are many others just like me!!! All I ask is you please take your time, really think about the impact you will have on the individuals that make up these businesses before you act. Contact some of the Companies that are doing business above board and work with them to establish a rule that will allow us to continue to support our families, it isn't easy anymore with $3 a gallon plus gas and rising food and housing costs. We need these type of legitimate opportunities to survive. Thank You for Your Consideration, Eric Bosse' and Family
