Regarding Business Opportunity Rule, R511993: I am asking you not to adopt this rule. I am a distributor for Young Living and Neways, both of which are high quality, legitimite businesses. This rule would complicate the way in which I would be able to have other people join the organization because of the waiting period. It would raise the cost of doing business which would in turn cause a raise in product prices. Please consider that most of the people in these kind of organizations are just trying to find a better way for themselves and their families and are not out trying to deceive anyone else.
