To whom it may concern, In reference to the FTC's proposal of placing restrains or regulations on the Quixtar Business opportunity: My wife and I have been invloved in this business for over 2 years now. This business is our future and the career that we have chosen for our family. Everything this business does is completely honest, fair, and ethical. There is absolutely nothing in the business plan itself or in the registration process that would merit restrictions or regulations. If anyone registers as an IBO and is not happy with the business, a product, or anything about the opportunity, they are entitled to a 100% money back guarentee. Therefore, there is no reason to place a 7 day waiting period on the registration of IBO's as it would only be hurting the many good people that have chosen to make this wonderful opportunity their career. My family and many many others are very pleased with the Quixtar Business Opportunity and firmly believe that any restrictions would be damaging to this wonderful opportunity. Please do not place any regulations on this great business. Sincerely, Jason Lucas
