While I appreciate your efforts to combat fraud, I believe this proposal needs to be reconsidered and dropped based on how it can hurt legal, honest, and ethical business owners without the guarantee of stopping or even slowing down fraud. I have been with Quixtar for 8 years and it has changed my life. My self confidence has improved. Before I joined, I was very quiet and shy, now I can have a conversation with anyone and I do presentations in front of hundreds of people. Because of the principles, etc. I have learned from operating my Quixtar business, my income from my job has doubled. I have made many friends and the principles I learned have helped my family, my younger brother especially. He is only 21 but his confidence, people skills, knowledge of business is amazing. I have been making money the 8 years I have been with Quixtar. My income from Quixtar has increased drastically. Quixtar has kept all their promises to me and they continue to amaze me with their integrity and genuine concern for IBO's like me. Their products are the best and they offer a 6 month money back guarantee on their products. I have made use of this guarantee when I ordered the wrong size for clothes or a lipstick color I didn't like when I put it on. The 6-month money back guarantee also applies to anyone who becomes an IBO and decides that Quixtar is not for them. They can get their full refund back. I have had this happen in my business where someone got started and decided they didn't want to do it and requested a refund. Everyone who has requested their money back that was in my business has received it. My best friend even signed up and later decided she didn't want to do it so she asked for her money back. She received every penny of it back from Quixtar and we are still best friends today. She is very happy that I am with Quixtar and making money because she is going to Disney World with me because of the income I make from Quixtar. When I show the business plan to someone, I provide them with an SA4400 from the FTC so they can see that the income I show them is approved by the FTC. I believe the 7-day waiting rule will be a huge inconvenience for myself as well as potential IBO's and it is really unnecessary because with Quixtar, I don't make any money from someone signing up, so it is in my best interest to make sure they have all the proper information before they sign up as I don't want to spend my time, money, and energy helping someone get started unless they feel comfortable about everything. Also, since we don't make money from someone getting started, there is no incentive to convince someone to sign up. I make sure before someone signs up that they are aware this is not get rich quick and that they know it takes work, and time and effort, etc. on their part. I feel that requiring me to allow other IBO's to give out my personal information is a breach of my privacy and not necessary because I can meet other IBO's prospects face to face and give them my experience with the business in multiple settings without being required to give my personal contact information. I believe face to face is better anyway than speaking with an unknown voice on the other end of the line. For example, I always insist on a prospect meeting my business team before they can get involved in business with me. I take them to meetings where they can meet my sponsor and several hundred other IBO's at various levels in the business, some very profitable, some just getting started, some still learning how to make significant income from Quixtar. They can also meet other prospects evaluating the business. Also, being required to disclose all litigation (even if it was not proven) is not acceptable. I believe one is innocent until proven guilty and I don't agree with having to disclose an accusation that has not been proven. I hope that my experiences help you in your decision to drop this proposal and search for a better plan to stop fraud. Thank you.
