I have been an IBO w/Quixtar for 6 years. I have reached the 2500PV goal. I found my husband and several great friends while building this business. Our next goal is 4000PV. 7-Day Waiting Period... I registered about one week after I saw the business plan. My husband registered 4 weeks after he saw the plan. We were not rushed. We offer the same space to our prospects. We start them in business for $140. We see no need to mandate a 7 day waiting period when Quixtar has a 180 day money back guarantee. We get back with our prospects within 2 days. They have already listened to a CD, looked over material, viewed multiple webites. Some people are ready to start. We sign them up knowing that they have the guarantee. References... Providing a list of IBOs to a prospect to contact would be disasterous and unethical. Because so many people are doing other marketing businesses, giving out contact info would be like giving away our team. It is unethical to give out others personal contact information. I would be greatly offended by such an act. Litigation List... Providing a litigation list does not benefit a new IBO on how to build this business. Litigation issues do not affect a new owner because some issues have not been proven true and do not affect the selling of the great products. Earnings Disclosure... We always when sharing the plan identify the average Quixtar IBO income. That disclosure is shown on every page that has income. Additional disclosures would be unnecessary. Financial Subtantiation... When a prospect asks us what we earn in this business, we left them know that we have not reached all our goals but we see them coming. My personal income is no ones business. It does not determine how much a prospect can or will make with their own work ethics. My friends do not know my financial details from my job. Why should I disclose my financial detail from my business? Theses things are as personal as my taxes. Please consider changing the areas that I have mentioned. From a company like Quixtar, a prospect has all the information they need presented to them with a guarantee. These other provisions are not necessary.
