This rule would in effect destroy my business. I know that the intent is protect people from fraud but this rule would destroy legetimate MLM businesses. Those that wish to commit fraud our not going to abide by this rule anyway. Think of what this rule would do if appied to a business such as an Auto Dealership, how many people would by a car after reading all the required "disclosures". There is risk in starting any business that a person must consider, lets not have the goverment do the thinking for us. My business like many other MLM business sells only the highest quality products and my commission are based on product volume only. Sure there are "bad apples" in any business, but that is no reason to punish the good businesses. Let's let the free enterprise system work like it should. Don't take away the individual person ability to own their own company. This rule would take away my only source of income and I am too old to be starting all over again. Use the existing laws to go after people how commit fraud. Big Government does not need to get any bigger. The so called "disclosures" would scare anyone off. Just because a company has been sued doesn't mean they did anything wrong, we don't take a doctor's license just because he has been sued - there has to be a trial first. Don't take away my business just because some nut case has filled an unfounded complaint - that is the effect this rule would have. It makes no distingtion between unfounded and legitamate complaints. Please don't destroy my business and me.
