This proposed rule making will really hurt legitimate business's such as Xango, Am Way, Quixtar etc. The 1 week waiting period will cast suspicion on the distributers and will make it more difficult to conduct normal business. Having to reveal 10 previous customers is an invasion of their privacy and will not likely stand up to judicial review. Other aspects of this proposed rule will cause a huge increase in paperwork. I believe there are other avenues that the FTC could follow that would better suit the MLM community. Thank you, Jack Hastreiter
