Although I appreciate your efforts to rid the direct selling industry of deceptive or unethical schemes, I feel your proposed rules are a step in the wrong direction. For a squeaky-clean business model such as Quixtar.Com, they represent on onerous and abusive intrusion into the business of hardworking, honest people, and a huge obstacle to the development of new business, for people who are looking for a legitimate "Plan B" income. I feel that you can tailor your laws in such a way as to 'kill the weeds', while still encouraging the growth of the 'good plants' in this country's garden. It would be a shame to hinder the development of a company such as Quixtar, which brings both world class products and a legitimate business opportunity to the U.S. economy.
