I have been registered with Quixtar since September of 2003 and I would have to say that this opportunity has without a doubt been the reason why I am where I'm at today. It is the purest thing I have ever been a part of. I've never been a part of a business model that has held more integrity in all of my life. That includes every single collegiate sport team I played on, every single college course I took, and the Fortune 40 company that I work for right now. Quixtar has held more respect than all of them combined. I have reached goals so far in buisness that has helped me throw an extra $1000/mo towards my student loans to help me out of the millions and millions of other college graduates who are in the same situation or worse. I see nothing short of financial security with this opportunity and will allow me to take care of and support my sisters and family for many years to come. It will allow me to do everything in life that I always dreamed to do. Above all, it has given me a purpose in life and a mission. That, more than anything, is why this is such an amazing business model. When I was registered, I was given an abundance of disclosures and other official papers to look at. If I were given a bunch of lawsuit papers and "alleged" fraud cases, it would have made me doubt the corporation. It might have been something that held me back from this opportunity in the beginning. I believe it is unfair to have these lawsuits published and given to prospects because literally anyone can start a lawsuit with a company. Does Walmart have their employees see a list of the lawsuits they had in one year at their store??? They have more lawsuits than any other corporation out there. Anytime you put your head above the crowd, you're bound to get hit by a tomato. Anytime you start doing something good, people want to tear that down naturally. Don't let the "naysayers" out there have a say on our company and steal this opportunity away from someone that needed it in their life. I NEEDED this oppotunity in my life and if it was stolen away because of disclosures that needed to be read etc., how horrible would that have been? Also, having to give 10 references of IBO's in the area is pretty ridiculous. Before I got started in business, I literally met 50+ IBO's already in business from all age, backgrounds, careers, etc. If I were given other references, I would have talked to, met with, etc. other IBO's on DIFFERENT business/training teams. They might have tried to "get" me to sign up with them which would lead to a bad taste in my mouth on the company itself. Also, if you have a prospect talk to 10 different IBO's before they get started in business, they might possibly want to sign up with someone else thus defeating the entire purpose of this business in the first place! There has to be rules set against that because prospects may "like" one IBO better than the next or relate more with one and get "stolen." It would severely discourage me from building this bsuiness. All IBO's that have signed up in my business have been given more than enough information, disclosures, the good, the bad, and the ugly so they can make an informed decision. Plus, they have 6 months to decide whether this is good for them or not. When I got started, I felt no pressure and felt like I didn't have anything to lose and also felt the company had nothing to hide because if I had an issue, they would literally refund ALL of my money. That is still the offer out there today. I believe new IBO's have every opportunity to back out if they need to. We are already fighting a battle against all of the negative on our business team. I believe new prospects need to see that but if you are going to put it at the forefront of everyone's mind upon registration, that is just flat out being counterproductive. If you are going to make quixtar do this, you'll have to enforce it with Walmart and all bigger corporations out there also
