Having been in the Independent Sales Industry for just over six months I have found that if limitations are put upon me and my team, we would not be able to thrive in this business. When a potential recruit is informed of our opportunity and potential, they are excited and want to begin right away. If these potential recruits had limitation put upon them it would more than likely turn them away from the opportunity. Also, if they found that their information would be given out to other potential recruits, whom they don't even know, it would turn them completely against the company. If these rules and limitations had been in place when I first found out about Lia Sophia I personally would NOT have joined. I don't want my upline giving my information to people she recruits, I don't know these people. I also believe that past incriminations of a person should not inhibit a person to excell in their life. people make mistakes, companies make mistakes, and if those mistakes have been handled to the fullest by law and are done with, I do not believe they need to be included in every potential recruits informational packets. This proposed Business Opportunity Rule will very strongly affect the success of my personal business along with any potential recruits. It would make it very difficult to obtain recruits and build my business, therefore affecting my personal and team profits. I have a family to provide for and business to keep thriving. This proposition will be damaging to both my family and business.
