Comments:
I have been an IBO for almost 20 years and the guidelines I have followed have worked well with sponsoring others into my business. I do not see any reason to make changes, especially those you are suggesting. I believe it will hamper instead of help prospects that would be interested in becoming part of the Quixtar business. The requirement of a seven day waiting period is absurd. No business that I know of has such an extensive waiting period. A person that is genuinely interested would like to be able to get started right away. Additionally, sometimes a person could get disinterested within that seven days if they were'nt able to do anything with it. The requirement to provide references is also out of the question. With the Freedom of Information Act that is already in place, a person's private information should not be given out to people they don't know. Our new IBO's meet other people in the business face to face on a one-on-one basis or in meetings. Providing a litigation list is totally ridiculous. This list would need to include all cases even those that have no merit to Quixtar itself. We already disclose the income potential of a Quixtar IBO. We do not need to be required to give any additional specific earnings disclosures that what is in our current plan. Providing my personal income from the Quixtar business is definitely a violation of the Freedom of Information Act. A prospective IBO has no need to know my personal information. Every IBO has the opportunity to do their own business and what they make or what I make has no reason to be disclosed. An IBO should be interested in getting in to make their own money and not be based on what I am presently making. I hope you will take these comments into consideration and discard your possible suggestions so that we can ensure that we run our businesses in the manner we have been accustomed that works perfectly well just the way it is.
