I have been a Quixtar IBO since April, 2004. Most of my goals I have already reached and passed and I am about to reach and surpass my next goal (7500PV IBO). Snce I started this business I was able to cut out 95% of the time I spend shopping and fetching replenishable household items. This business fits perfectly in my schedule since I do have a full time job. I do have more time to spend with my wife, my parents and siblings. The Quality of products are second to none. For example, my brother got in an accident a few months ago and was home after a couple of weeks in the hospital. His nutritional requirements I was able to satisfy for his speedy recovery from this business. He also suffered breathing problems which I was able to help with because of the technology and research Quixtar puts inb their Products (Air Purifier). I am able to meet and associate with individuals with a common goal and are willing to help me achieve some of mine. Individuals who REALLY do care for you and whose morals even surpass most religious leaders. When I got started I had a chance to see this business plan as many times as I wanted. It took me 2 times to understand some of the benefits it can provide. I do follow this same system of educating prospects and potential IBO's. I do allow them to have as much information as possible for them to make AN EDUCATED decision. I also let them know that this is not a "Get-rich-quick-scheme" andthere is some amount of work involved but the benefits worth it. I do let the prospects know that it wouls require approx. $300 to get registered. Since this is a peoples business and relatability is very important a 7-day waiting period would definitely slow the process down a great deal and probably hurt someone who is looking to create for themself a strong secondary income. There is no need for a prostect to wait 7-days to get started as long as they have the information that would help them make an educated decision. This would slow the business down so much that a new excited IBO can get discouraged with this wait period. If a prospect needs to meet and get references from other IBO's in the area they need to be in the association facilitated by the leaders in the organization and not their own since their own experiences can affect other IBO's. If a prospect needs to see success before getting started I take them to meet my sponsers and mentors and have them share their ideas with them. Another important association is called Product And System Education, new prospects can get all their questions answers. With respect to the litigation list, this would be a double standard since NO ONE ever asks for litigation documents before walking into a store of applying for a new job or looking elsewhere to start their own business. The Business Plan that we share with prospects clearly states the income potential and what is required to achieve that income. No more detail is necessary. A busines plan normally takes about 1hr to present with all the info necessary, adding more would make the business plan too long and the interest of the prospect would be lost and all your efforts wasted. This business model does not require to have a large bank account or you should be at a certain income bracket, all it requires is for a person to want more and be willing to use the help of the system and do the work for it. Disclosing my income would definitely be inappropriate, since I do not know the work ethics of a prospect and if they compare their income with mine and are not doing the work I did can have a negative impact on my business. I do tell prospects that the Quixtar income is definitely helping me change my lifestyle for the better.
