These new regulations would really affect the start of new consultants with PartyLite. First, they have excitement which propels their business into success. Having to wait will only lessen the excitement and thus success. The 10 references is also infringing on the privacy of others. Are we required to give 10 references in order to work at Starbucks? How can you ask individuals to give them then? My vote is no on both regulations. Sincerely, Nancy Heinemann
