Comments:
I have been a PartyLite consultant for three years and a leader for one. I have also been a distributor for Arbonne and Amway products. While I understand the intent behind the proposed rules, it would materially affect how I do my business. Having been a direct sales rep for other companies, I have to say that PartyLite is by far the most ethical company I have been involved with. As a member of the DMA, we are held to a standard of practice already, and the rules you are proposing are not only a privacy nightmare, but will limit the income potential of current and future consultants. Please reconsider this action, as Direct Sales, with an ethical company like PartyLite, is the best way that I have found to support my three children. At least consider making the exception for DMA members
