I have been an IBO with Quixtar since its beginning in 1999 and before that, with the Amway Co. since 1989. The system as set up by those organizations has worked well. I believe it is important to make clear to the prospective IBO what he or she can reasonably earn, hawever since earnings will depend on the effort, it is impossible to detail what an individual can earn when he is first shown the Plan. To try to force such a detail would be impossible. A seven day waiting period together with references and financial statements would simply cripple and stagnate our business. We have always had a reasonable cancellation policy and would continue to support such. Information about legal allegations, claims, etc. are always available, however, to require a listing of such for the prospect would not only be burdensome, but would cripple our business just like it would do to any type of business.
