While I strongly support FTC's intentions of weeding out the bad ones, I recommend that you understand the impact of the rules on legitimate businesses like Quixtar. As IBO's [ independent business owner ] we are aware that sponsoring someone who is not serious only wastes our valuable resources and yields nothing. I am more than eager to tell someone that he/she does not qualify based on their responses and interest and leave them alone. We follow the 180 day rule of refunding all the registration costs and I have personally done that [ within 5 days - will furnish name and address of prospect if needed ]. The last thing I need is someone who is not interested or who does not qualify to get into my business. No legitimate farmer will buy cheap seeds to grow his crops - a fake one will. I urge [ FTC ] to evaluate the rules so that the IBO's who are doing it RIGHT are not punished because of the actions of those who are mis-representing this incredible industry and a company with the standing and history of Quixtar and Alticor. Just ask Quixtar to furnish names of IBO's who resigned within 30 or 60 days after registering and contact those who left to see if they got their money back [ as long as they resigned and returned all the products and any literature ] - that will prove it to you. Its important to get the weeds out, but it is important to make sure you do not kill the grass along with the weeds. For that you need to have someone who knows the difference between weeds and grass. Thanks for your consideration. Regards
