To whom it may concern, I thought it only appropriate to wite to you to say that I do not agree with the new Business Opportunity Rule:Business Opportunity Rule, R511993; proposed by the Federal Trade commission. My reasons are as follows; even though many direct marketing models may appear to be similar on to the untrained eye, the model that I work with in regards to Quixtar, has truly been a blessing to me. When I was first introduced to the plan in Sept-2003, I was immediately drawned to it as my sponsor, Ravi Bhaktha, made it abundantly clear to me that this business opportunity was by no means a get rich quick business model. He provided me with many opportunities to do my research on Quixtar by advising me to meet current IBO's building the business and also visiting web sites such as the Better Business Burea. I am happy to say that after looking into the business opportunity, I was pleasantly surprized to get started in my business. Since September of 2003, my life has changed for the best! I find Quixtar to be an exceptional company. What gives me immediate confidence with being in business with them, is that, my sponsor went through all offers to lead me to sources to help me make my decesion on whether I was going to pursue the opportunity or not. Because of his position, I am happy to say that a little under 3 years of me starting building my new business, I can see where I will now have the opportunity to walk away from my real estate business and pursue my Quixtar business full time. Looking back on it all, I am truly grateful to the Devos and Van Andel family for giving us all the opportunity to become Finacial Free if we choose to become an IBO (independant business owner.) Knowing that the public can think for themselves as I can and if anyone wants to start a direct selling business of their own, I would think that it is up to them to do the research. After all, if you opened up a traditional business you would use the same due diligence. If that new prospect does his/her research from the right sources (www.thisbiznow.com, the Better Business Burea) he/she will make that decesion for themselves and begin their new business. To start up and register in our Quixtar business is a really low up front cost of below $80.00 and all of the products that Quixtar sells has a 6 month mone back guarantee! You can't beat the opportunity. I would really hate to see the FTC to pass this new Rule as it will have a profound affect on my business in a negative way. After all, when you start to enter in a process of so much red tape and waiting periods, it can truly demotivate the new potential IBO. I am proud to be an IBO of Quixtar and in my humble opinion, thanks to that great company, they have literally help millions of people around the world. Warmest regards, C.Greg Ageeb IBO# 3639786
