Together we have accomplished great things in our bussiness according to our commitment level.We now have a team of people that we work with and help to accomplish goals they have in mind.As a couple our commitment level has increased and we will be helping eight to ten new people start thier own bussiness in the next three months.We have beniffitted tremendously from the knowledge we have recieved from senior partners.We have also developed strong friendships from people throughout the team.We have recieved a great amount of info.about life,bussiness and spiritual beliefs.We registered in August of 05' and were helped to understand the marketing plan in great detail.We have helped several other people start thier own buss.and have provided them with detailed info.as well.We explain to them that you reap great rewards from this buss.but it does require time and effort.We inform them that they are in control of thier destiny and they won't get rich overnight.When we help people get started in buss.they spend about $300-320 and have the info.they need to get started properly.We also let them know they have a 100%money back garantee.Which brings me to the point of the seven day waiting period to get registered.If prospects are informed that they have a three month money back garantee than the seven day waiting period rule would be useless and slow down the proccess.This waiting period would not serve as a purpose and would slow the momentum of the team by waiting several days before helping the new person to grow thier buss.While registering a person in buss.we inform them of the year that Quixtar launched and the growth that occurred in the past years.IBO's can easily recieve a refund by calling the coorperation and cancelling thier buss.This waiting period may also let doubt come into the prospects mind from false info.The rule for the list of references would be a waist of time because the prospects meet with the team of IBO's in a short period of time.This rule would also affect affect my privacy and could also put my family in danger if my address is given out to people I have not even associsted with.This would be an unfair rule to my buss. and many other buss.to let my prospects associate with other IBO's without my presents.My prospects always meet with other IBO's when they get started in buss.and almost always before they get started.A new IBO that we have registered recently met with other IBO's I introduced him to at an info.seminar.My personal sponsor in buss.and many other IBO's explained to him how they got thier questions answered when they first got started.The rule for a litigation list does not help the prospect make a quality and create a time consuming problem that would not work affectively.Many large proffitable companies have litigation issues but the employer does not bring a list of litigation during the interview.When showing the marketing plan to a prospect I inform them that we are making a monthly income and the income we will be approaching in the next 3-6 months.We explain to the prospect that our buss.is our families future and how much we enjoy working together as husband and wife.For me to provide financial records of our income in my opinion would be innoppropriate because it does not help them aquire income for themselves.I've never seen an employer be required to provide financial records of thier income to a potential employee.If they are looking for a job or buss. opportuinty they should be willing to listen and learn so they can male a quality decision.I don't think this should be a requirement but should be optional to the IBO.
