Good Day, My name is Miguel Antonio Campos; I have been an IBO along with my Fiancé for just now over 4 months. We have been able to reach the goal of 300pv and are beginning to explode with in our team here by the end of the month. Our next awesome goal with in this Team is to grow to the Silver level (7500pv) by January of 2007. We are starting to expand our team so quickly that we know we can reach that goal by January. Quixtar has changed our lifestyle for the better, I am now more active, and get out into the community and interact with my neighbors a lot more. The benefits that my Fiancé and I receive as being part of this business not only will help our dreams come true with the finances we will accomplish, but it has also opened our hearts to the little things that were lost many years ago. We now have a team who supports and loves us, and we love them. We have someone who cares so much about us that want to help us become successful and our Confidence within ourselves, and what we can accomplish has never been at such a level to where we have never felt so Alive in our Dreams that were dead, and would have never been possible. When my Fiancé and I had registered we were given more than enough information to know that we had all the information that we needed in order to make the decision to register or not, there was no question. As our business begins to grow we give everyone the same information and enough to have them make their own decision weather this is for them or not. We let our prospects know that this is not a “get rich quick plan” and that it is a marathon, not a sprint type of business where hard work and dedication will be required. They are also informed that there is no guarantee for success. This information is given in a three step process. First they get the basic information about the business, then they will attend a Private business meeting to learn the basic structure of how our business model differs from traditional business and then they address the Income model exactly as shown in the FTC approved Literature. Then they will attend another meeting that will go over what was covered in the second step and then they break down exactly how the work structure comes into play and how many hours a week will be needed per each step of the work cycle. It is about $120 to register and get the optional product pack, which can be refunded to you if you choose to leave the business. This is a very successful business plan that my Fiancé and I have set multiple goals through as stated before. If there is a seven day waiting period before registering into our business this will slow down not only my work for my goals but it will also slow down the growth for our newly selected team member. This will be the most important days in the new selection’s business to get there business growing for them and to get them on there way to success. This Seven-day waiting period could impair my ability to grow this business as to reflect the work that I am doing and cause a delay for the new selections and could hurt my business as a whole. This business is about working hard and working smart. The seven days of waiting again will Impair my ability to help those who were just selected to grow there business and possibly end there business before it could get started. Thank you for time and hope that this will help you with your decission. Sincerely, Miguel Campos Amber Kimlel
