I have been an independent business owner through Quixtar for 3 1/2 years now. The integrity and leadership of fellow I.B.O.'s is second to none. It was definately the best decision I have ever made both personally and financially. I believe the new proposed rules for operating business opportunities would severely cripple the whole industry. This type of business is built from time leveraging, duplication and creating momentum. These rules will immediately have a negative affect all three areas due to more conflicts arising within your requirements.
