Dear Sirs: I am an Independent Business Owner using the Quixtar model as a supply company for the consumer network that we are putting together. I have read through the proposed law changes and while I understand the importance of proper information for people looking to start their own business, I think the two rules that will hurt my ability to help people be successful in business are the requirement of: 1. notify prospects of all lawsuits for 10 years. How would I or any IBO know that? 2.10 Business Owners to put them in touch with regarding the opportunity. That will be very hard for established IBO's and imposible for new Business Owners. Also will creat many "crossline" interactions that have always been detrimental to a successful network business. Please reconsider these points and don't make our process so cumbersome with rules and regulations. The Quixtar model of business is simply free enterprise in its most simple pure form. Thank you. Sincerely, Roger Branes IBO
