To whom it may concerns, I wanted to send to this email in regards to the proposed changes to the regulations. I can into the business with Quixtar about 2 years ago. What drove me to them was the honesty and integrity that they had. I noticed in the time I have been in that some people have things to say about the business. But, we are talking about the people on the outside looking in. I don't believe asking for 10 references or waiting 7 days to get someone started in the business. You may run into problems that way. People stealing other people prospect. As well as telling lies about the corporations. I believe we need to use the guidelines that Quixtar have because that is the best of the best. We are talking about 100% money back 6 months after that can take care of that 7-day deal. That even enough time for them to talk to and even see what the business have to give. Please allow the Quixtar Corporation to stay the way they are. Thanks in advance. Kevin M. Harris
