to whom it may concern: although I am sure you have legitament reasons to propose these new regulations, you must be aware that Quixtar can hardly be compared to other multi level businesses. The principles that this business is built on are only that of true success. Helping others succeed to succeed ourselves is ultimately the only way to prosper.
