I believe the new rule will do nothing to detour companies and or individuals that are allready deceptive, it will only detour people from looking at a legitimate opprotunity. This rule does not seem to be any good for companies that have fair practices allready, in fact it creates more red tape for us "good guys". More people in more legitimate businesses creat more money for a stonger economy. Please DO NOT PASS THIS RULE. Thanks for your continuing hard work you do in protecting us from people who are not doing the right things.
