I believe these new regulations will make my internet run business basically impossible because the delay will cause us to lose sales and sponsorees. The scam operators will still be operating because they will ignore this legislation and continue scamming. Providing personal information to unknown contacts as legislation would require would be reckless and foolhardy and only help scammers phish our information. I think these new regulations to be unwise and will thwart honest enterprise.
