I am against this as I am an advisor for lia sophia and I can see how it would hinder the recruitment of new advisors for this company and other party plan companies such as Tupperware and Pampered Chef just to name a few. While I think there should be some regulation to spare people from joining multilevel marketing scams, I think that too broad of a generalization of the terms could seriously harm legitamate organizations such as these.
