I am opposed to passage of BILL: CFR Citation: 16 CFR Part 437. This would create undue hardships. It would make network marketing NON-functional. If millions of people cannot work netmarketing, it would be a tremendous loss economically, which would also reduce the TAX BASE, for Americans would be earning less income as a result. The bill is totally UNREASONABLE and DISCRIMINATORY! (Will it apply to NON-NETWORK type businesses ? By implementing such a law, we would be open to the possibility of IDENTITY THEFT. This would cripple our rights to earn a living. It is my belief that Network type business is the BEST WAY to allow us to achieve the AMERICAN DREAM. Passing this bill would prohibit millions of Americans from being independant in securing their own income. Thus, they would have to depend on Social Security, which is already overburdened.
