I believe you are wanting to make good rules to curb bad activities with different illegal businesses and I applaude these efforts of yours. However the rules you are going to create will cause undue harm to legal business such as my Quixtar business. Please work with Quixtar to lessen the negative impact of new rules on my legal business while still doing the right thing in trying to stop these illegal business from hurting people the deal with.
