After reading the information regarding the Business Opportunity Rule, it appears to me that sharing my simple business opportunity will become weighed down by unnecessary paperwork. The risk involved in joining my company is zero. This rule would require me to inform them of the potential zero risk. Doesn't make sense to me either. I'm not clear as to the intent or need of this rule. It seems very broad and therefore not sensible and most likely not affecting the actual target. The Dircect Sales industry is a critical entity for women and men, it is successful for a reason. It would seem that this rule will simply help eradicate success at the worse at the least defintely slow it down.
